Taking the Bus to PETCO Park
MTS Bus Service
Although there is no MTS Padres Express bus service to PETCO Park, the downtown area is well served by a network of local bus routes. Regular MTS routes do stop at a ballpark bus stop at Park & 10th Avenue (Routes 11, 901, and 929). MTS route 4 services the 12th & Imperial Transit Station located two blocks from PETCO Park. MTS routes 3 and 5 run on Market Street three blocks away from PETCO Park.
Due to the popularity of Route 901 service to Petco Park for the Padre games on Friday and Saturday nights, MTS will have two buses leaving the Hotel del Coronado at 6:03 p.m. to serve the entire Coronado community. The Route 901 offers great service to Petco Park, with the most convenient departures from the Hotel del Coronado being at 5:30 p.m., 6:03 p.m., 6:18 p.m. and 6:33 p.m. Buses will also be added for return trips after the game to handle large crowds.
NCTD BREEZE Bus Service
2008 Padres Express Buses serve the inland Interstate-15 route only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday home game days.
