Compass Cards will be sold at Albertsons between 8 am–8 pm every day.

You will not be able to purchase or reload your Compass Card at a grocery store between January 6–19. However, many other ways to purchase and reload your Compass Card are always available. During the grocery store transition from January 6–19, you can use any of these alternative options:

No Compass Cards sold at grocery stores. Compass Card equipment must be removed from Vons and reinstalled at Albertsons. To minimize customer inconvenience, this transition is scheduled after most people have purchased their January pass and before sales begin for February passes. |

Remember, you can load a second 30-day pass onto your Compass Card at any time—even before your first 30-day pass expires! The second pass will become effective automatically after the first pass expires. |
From January 6–19, MTS ambassadors will be at select Trolley stations to help anyone who is unfamiliar with reloading and/or purchasing a Compass Card at a Ticket Vending Machine.
Ambassadors will be available during these hours:
Monday–Friday: 7 am–3:30 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9 am–5 pm
