WIN Tickets to the Summer Pops

 

From now until August 8, everytime you purchase a Coca-Cola beverage at a San Diego Trolley Station, you could win two tickets to the Summer Pops!

Don’t miss San Diego Symphony’s Bridgepoint Education Summer Pops 2010 Centennial Season at Embarcadero Marina Park South. The Pops has a superb line up of guest stars, including LeAnn Rimes, Kool & the Gang and Toni Braxton. Enjoy relaxing picnic areas, a variety of food and beverage offerings and fireworks (most evenings) on San Diego’s Big Bay!


Contest Rules

1. How it Works

When you purchase any beverage from a specially marked Coca-Cola vending machine at a San Diego Trolley, station, you may receive a special bottle with a San Diego Symphony insert that can be exchanged for two (2) adult tickets to one of ten select SAN DIEGO SYMPHONY SUMMER POPS concerts plus a Coke Buck. The ten eligible concerts are listed in the San Diego Symphony insert. If you do not receive the special bottle, you are not a winner. For a free chance to play, see Rule 3.

2. How to Redeem Tickets

Winners can redeem their insert at the SAN DIEGO SYMPHONY TICKET OFFICE LOCATED AT Copley Symphony Hall at 750 B Street OR AT THE SUMMER POPS TICKET OFFICE located at Embarcadero Marina Park South, 206 Marina Park Way. San Diego Symphony insert must be redeemed by August 8, 2010. See San Diego Symphony insert for list of ten eligible concerts and San Diego Symphony Ticket Office schedule information. The San Diego Symphony insert has no cash value, may not be duplicated, sold, exchanged, or replaced if damaged, stolen, or lost, and is not valid for use for any other San Diego Symphony concert or event except those expressly listed in the San Diego Symphony insert.

3. No Purchase Necessary

For a free chance to play, print your name, address, and zip code on paper and mail it to: SAN DIEGO SYMPHONY SUMMER POPS CONTEST, c/o MTS, 1255 Imperial Avenue, Suite 1000, San Diego, CA 92101, by July 5, 2010. Limit one request per address. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, or illegible mail.

4. Available Prizes, Retail Value, and Odds

Unclaimed/unredeemed prizes will not be awarded. The maximum number of prizes that could be awarded will be 550 tickets. The average prize is valued at $20. The odds of winning are 1 in 75.

5. General Rules

The game starts on or about June 1, 2010 and will generally be available from Coca-Cola vending machines at participating rail stations until July 31, 2010, or while supplies last. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winners agree to release MTS, Coca-Cola, and its licensed bottlers from any and all liability arising from playing this game. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to MTS and Coca-Cola to use winner’s name and/or likeness for any purpose without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
