We have made certain areas of our property available for First Amendment Activities. This includes, but is not limited to, such activities as distribution of religious literature or signature gathering for ballot measures. First Amendment Activities are only authorized per a MTS First Amendment Activity Permit. If you are interested in conducting a First Amendment Activity, please submit a Permit Application by using the form below. For more information on the conditions and rules regarding First Amendment Activities on our property, please review MTS Board Policy No. 62.
