Service Disclosure Statement

MTS provides text message/email alerts free of charge. This electronic alert system enables you to receive text messages (the “Service”) from MTS. Please read these terms and condtions prior to using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

Please note that to process your requests for this Service, you may incur a fee, depending on the arrangement you have with your wireless service provider. Your wireless service provider may assess charges for any text messages you will receive and you will be responsible for these charges. If your cell phone calling plan allows you to receive unlimited text messages, then your messages will be free. But many calling plans only allow you a limited number of text messages per month, and then charge individually for them after that. Other plans offer no free text messages, and charge for each one you receive.

Note that some service alerts will require more than one text message to convey the full alert since the limit of individual text messages is 160 characters. An extensive service alert might mean receiving 3 or 4 text messages, followed by at least one other informing you that the alert incident is over. If you use the service for real-time arrivals, you might receive multiple messages from us conveying the arrival times of all routes at a particular stop.

The Service delivers message to all SMS devices, PDAs, pagers, handset and other devices compatible with receiving text messages. The Service is compatible with carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint/Nextel, AllTel, Virgin, Cricket and US Cellular. Please contact your wireless service providers to subscribe to messaging on your calling plan.

Termination of Service

To terminate or unsubscribe to Service, you will need to click "Unsubscribe" button or send the word 'STOP' or 'CANCEL' or 'UNSUBSCRIBE' to '46687'.
