Routes Description of Changes Timetable
Orange Line
  • The Downtown San Diego terminal for the Orange Line will change from Santa Fe Depot to America Plaza; all Orange Line trips will now terminate at America Plaza. 

    • Connections with the Green Line can be made by crossing Kettner Blvd. 

    • At America Plaza, all Blue Line trains will depart from the track closest to the Museum of Modern Art. All Orange Line trains will depart from the track closest to Starbucks. 

    • When transferring from the Green Line, note that Rapid Bus Routes 215 and 235 also provide service into Downtown from Kettner Blvd. (in front of Santa Fe Depot).

  • Route 2 Sunday service along Adams Avenue will be discontinued, replaced by added service on Route 11. (Note that Route 11 doesn’t run as early or as late as Route 2 on Sundays. For earlier or later Sunday service, riders may board Route 2 on 30th Street or Rapid 215 on El Cajon Blvd.)

As Coronado’s “Free Summer Shuttle,” Route 904 frequency increases to every 15 minutes seven days/week, with later evening service on Fridays and Saturdays. Additional service and free fares sponsored by the City of Coronado. Also, Route 904 will have a new schedule with adjustments, effective June 11.

    • The City Heights Transit Plaza terminal (at Fwy. 15) will move to the north side of University Avenue. From the terminal, the route will now turn left on 39th St., left on Wightman St., and right on 41st St.
