Street Scene returns to the East Village / Ballpark district for 2009. This event returned to its downtown roots in 2008 and promises to be an even better event in 2009!
San Diego Trolley will take you to right to the front door of Street Scene and help you avoid the hassels of traffic and parking. Fans can take the Trolley's Orange or Blue Lines to the 12th & Imperial Transit Center. Or take the Trolley's Special Event 'Red Line' from Qualcomm Stadium, Mission Valley, and Old Town to the 12th & Imperial Transit Center via the Convention Center route.

Parking at Qualcomm is highly recommended for STREET SCENE!
San Diego Trolley has Park & Ride lots throughout the system. On Friday, many of these lots may be full. However, parking is plentiful at Qualcomm Stadium. Take the Special Event 'Red Line' for direct service to STREET SCENE from the stadium.
Trolley Tickets
A one-way Trolley fare is $2.50, but if you are returning on the Trolley, remember to purchase your $5 Day Pass before boarding. This will help you avoid lines at the Ticket Booth and Ticket Vending machines on your return trip. A Day Pass allows unlimited travel on MTS all day.
For those attending both days, MTS Day Passes are available in denominations from 1 to 4 days. A multi-day pass is your most economical way to travel to Street Scene 2009! Day Passes can be purchased at station Ticket Vending Machines or at select Trolley stations with ticket booth sales.

Service Overview:
Special Event 'Red Line' Service
On August 28 & 29, 2009, San Diego Trolley will offer its Special Event 'Red Line' service between Qualcomm Stadium and STREET SCENE, serving Old Town and Mission Valley stations along the way. The 'Red Line' will depart Qualcomm Stadium every 15 minutes beginning at 3:02 p.m. Red Line trains will continue to depart STREET SCENE every 15 minutes until 12:47 a.m. with the final train of the night departing at 1:17 a.m.
Passengers may also use regular Orange, Blue, and Green Line trains.

Blue Line:
Normal Blue service will be operated. Take the Blue Line to the 12th & Imperial Transit Center. Trains operate every 15 minutes most of the day (7.5 minutes during the weekday commute hours).
Outbound Blue Line service toward National City, Chula Vista, and San Ysidro will operate every 15 minutes until 8:08pm, then every 30 minutes until 11:38pm, with additional departures at:

For service toward Old Town, trains will run every 15 minutes until 9:31pm, then every 30 minutes until 1:31am. It is suggested that fans heading toward Old Town take the 'Red Line' from 12th & Imperial.

Orange Line:
Take the Orange Line to the 12th & Imperial Transit Center. Trains operate every 15 minutes throughout the day.
Outbound Orange Line service toward Lemon Grove, La Mesa, El Cajon, and Gillespie Field will operate every 15 minutes until 7:34pm (until 6:34pm on Saturday), then every 30 minutes until 11:34pm, with additional departures at:
