The college monthly or semester/quarter pass is a great way to commute to participating San Diego colleges or universities without the parking hassles or car expenses! These passes are good for unlimited riding for the specified time on all non-Premium and non-Access MTS bus and Trolley services and NCTD BREEZE and SPRINTER services.

College monthly and semester/quarter passes may be used for a discount on the NCTD COASTER and may be used with payment of a supplement on MTS Premium Express or Rural bus services.

Monthly college passes are available for $57.60 and can be purchased at the following schools with a valid college student picture ID:

College Semester/Quarter Passes

The College Semester/Quarter Pass lets you ride as much as you want from the first day of class to the last day of finals. Plus, there are free bonus days before the term begins and after the term ends, so you keep riding at no additional cost!

Passes are available at these colleges and universities: SDSU, USD, UC San Diego, City College, Mesa, Miramar, Southwestern, and Grossmont community colleges. Students must meet minimum credit requirement for their respective school to qualify.

Limit one pass per student while supplies last. Student ID card required for purchase. No refunds, no exceptions. Pass is void if removed from ID card.
