College Monthly and Semester/Quarter Passes

The college monthly or semester/quarter pass is a great way to commute to participating San Diego colleges or universities without the parking hassles or car expenses! Plus, with MTS, you can make the most of your time when you let someone else do the driving. Text, tweet, study or sit back and enjoy the ride.

College passes are good for unlimited riding for the specified time on all regular local, urban and express MTS bus routes, MTS Rapid routes, MTS Trolley lines, North County Transit BREEZE routes and the SPRINTER. (Semester Pass requires supplement when riding Rapid Express routes and MTS Rural Bus routes. The Semester Pass provides discount on NCTD COASTER. Not valid for MTS Access or NCTD LIFT services.)
