The elevators are currently out of service at the Grantville Station. Passengers that need to access the ground level are advised to take the Trolley to the Mission San Diego Station and transfer to the route # 14 from bus stop (# 13405) Ward Rd & Mission San Diego Trolley Station until elevators are back in service.

A team is scheduled to repair the elevator and we anticipate having one elevator back in service by 2 p.m. on July 3, 2025.

Effective Sunday, June 8, routes 1, 20 and 120 will service a new, added stop on southbound Fashion Valley Rd. at Hotel Circle (ID# 11623).

Due to the Hillcrest Farmers Market University Avenue will be closed in both directions from Herbert St to Park Bl every Sunday from 5:00am-5:30pm starting on 1/26 to 12/28. As a result, the route 1 will be on detour and the eastbound route 1 stop on University Ave at Herbert St (#10494) and the westbound route 1 stops on University Ave at Normal St (#10865) and University Ave at Richmond St (#10862) will be closed. Passengers are advised to board the eastbound route 1on University Ave at Richmond St (#10114) or at Park Bl at University Ave (#12804) and the westbound route 1 on Park Bl at University Ave (#11675) or University Ave at Vermont St (#11254).

On Sunday, August 17th, the annual America's Finest City Half Marathon will take place impacting Downtown Routes 2, 7, 11, 120, 215, & 235. Westbound service stops on Broadway between State St and Kettner Blvd will be closed. Bus stops on 1st Ave between 'C' St and Ash St and on Front at 'B' St will not be serviced by the Route 11. Along with the terminal on 4th Ave at 'B' St, bus stops on 5th Ave between Broadway and Ash St for Rte 120 will be closed. Santa Fe Depot & America Plaza stops on Kettner Blvd and India St for BRT Routes 215 & 235 will be closed as well. These Downtown buses will be detoured from 4am until approximately 10:30am.

During the course of the road closures, passengers are advised to connect with service at the following bus stops;

**UPDATE** Due to construction, Routes 3 and 5 at Market St & Park Blvd (Stops #10858 and #10108) will be temporarily closed 24/7 from June 11th through July 31st.

Beginning Thursday 11/2/23, the westbound Route 4 bus stop (#11311) will be out of service until 7/30/25 due to building construction on nearby property. Passengers are advised to connect with westbound service at the temporary A-frame stop located around the corner on 32nd St.

**UPDATE** Due to construction, Routes 3 and 5 at Market St & Park Blvd (Stops #10858 and #10108) will be temporarily closed 24/7 from June 11th through July 31st.

Passengers are advised to make connections at the following locations:

Every Thursday, North Park Way between 30th and Granada will be blocked due to the weekly North Park Farmers Market. During this event, Route 6 will detour between 12N and 8:30pm. No bus stops will be affected.

Due to the Vegan Food Popup taking place the 2nd Saturday of every month, Route 6 will detour off North Park Way during this event on 12/13/25 from 9am - 5:30pm. No stops will be missed.

Due to the Day-to-Day Vintage Market (North Park Way) on Saturday 9/20 from 9:00am-6:30pm North Park Way will be closed. As a result, the route 6 will be on detour. No bus stops will be missed.

On Saturday July 19th from 6:30am until approximately 4pm, the annual San Diego Pride Parade & 5K will be taking place in the Hillcrest community. As of now, there are no planned detours for Routes 7 & 215, but, significant delays are expected due to heavy traffic along Park Blvd, so please plan accordingly. In the event that heavy traffic becomes a safety concern for our buses, we may have to detour Routes 7 & 215 away from the area of Park & University. Please check back for any updates.

Due to construction the following routes 8 and 27 bus stops will be temporarily closed 6/1/2025 - 7/31/2025 between the hours of 9:00pm - 5:00am Sunday through Thursday nights only

As a result, Route 10 will have to detour around closure. Eastbound and westbound Route 10 stops on University Ave at Park Blvd (ID# 13354 & 13355) will be closed. Passengers are advised to connect with eastbound Route 10 at the northbound Route 7 stop on Park Blvd at University Ave (#12456) and westbound Route 10 will service the southbound Route 7 stop on Park Blvd at University Ave (#12066).

Due to Construction on Montezuma @ 63rd starting 6-16-2025 thru 9-16-2025 24 hours a day. We are unable to service stop # 11039 @ Montezuma and 63rd. Passengers are advised to board bus @ stop # 13332 @ Montezuma and Catactin

Due to construction on Camino del Rio North from 6/25/2025-7/25/2025, we are unable to service the following bus stops:

Due to the Villa La Jolla Drive Drainage System Emergency work the southbound route 30 has experienced extreme delays. As a result the southbound route 30 will be on detour on 10/23/24-7/31/25 24hrs/ day, the southbound route 30 bus stops on Nobel Dr at Lebon Dr (#11151), Nobel Dr at La Jolla Village Square Drwy (#13058) and Villa La Jolla Dr at Holiday Ct (#89007) will not be serviced. On Saturday July 19th from 6:30am until approximately 4pm, the annual San Diego Pride Parade & 5K will be taking place in the Hillcrest community. As of now, there are no planned detours for Routes 7 & 215, but, significant delays are expected due to heavy traffic along Park Blvd, so please plan accordingly. In the event that heavy traffic becomes a safety concern for our buses, we may have to detour Routes 7 & 215 away from the area of Park & University. Please check back for any updates.

On Wednesdays only between 9am - 3pm, Route 225 will be on detour leaving the downtown terminal. No bus stops will be missed.

Due to the Imperial Beach 4th of July Event, Route 933 will be on detour all day on Thursday, July 4, 2025.

On Friday, July 4, 2025, the City of Coronado will host its annual 4th of July Parade from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. During this time, Route 901 will not operate along Orange Avenue between 4th Street and Pomona Avenue in either direction.

Passengers are encouraged to use the MTS temporary bus stops (A-Frame) at:
-10th Street & C Avenue
-C Avenue & 6th Street

Effective Sunday, June 25, the westbound bus stop at Gilman & Myers will be closed due to a major construction project. The stop will be closed for approximately three years, until the summer of 2026. Eastbound route 921A (weekends only) will service the temporary location on Gilman at Mandeville (ID# 89022). A "drop off only" stop will be located on Gilman at Russell.

Due to Roadwork, the Route 923 & 992 bus stop located at N Harbor Dr. & Liberator Way will be temporarily closed from 03/25/25 to 09/25/25 ----24/7
