Dump the Pump!

Gas prices are ridiculous. Unbelievable. Getting to work is practically unaffordable!

But you have a choice. There are alternatives. You can dump the pump. Check out MTS services below and kick gas!

See how much money you could save on gas by using public transit.

I-15 Premium Express

If you live near the I-15 corridor, get on an MTS Premium Express bus. Premium Express buses zoom workers to Downtown and Sorrento Valley on the I-15 managed lanes, making the trip almost as fast as driving yourself. With their cushy seats, foot rests, and individual lights and air conditioning vents, they are a comfortable ride. Best of all, they are far more affordable than filling up your SUV every four days.
For just $100, you get unlimited rides on these buses and all MTS services for an entire month. The way things are going, you'll pay that much for just one fill-up. If you're 60 years or older, your pass only costs $25 per month! And talk to your employer. Some subsidize the cost of your monthly pass; some pay the entire cost!

Express Services, Buses and Trolleys
Express Routes:

MTS also operates other freeway express services, more than 80 fixed-route bus lines and three Trolley lines. No matter where you live, there’s a transportation alternative close by. And for unlimited rides on these services, monthly passes are just $72 for adults, $36 for youths ages 18 and under, and $18 for seniors and people with disabilities.
