Taking the Trolley to Qualcomm Stadium
It’s easy going to the “Q” by Trolley! The Stadium Trolley Station is located in Section J of the parking lot, just steps away from Gate K.
The San Diego Trolley Green Line provides regularly scheduled service to Qualcomm Stadium and Jack Murphy Field every day from approximately 5:00 a.m. to midnight. Trolleys depart most stations every 15 minutes. Special service will be offered on Game Day with enhanced frequency over a greater service area.
Special Game Day Service:
Beginning at 8:10am from Old Town, special enhanced Green Line service will operate between the Convention Center area and Santee, operating through Old Town, Mission Valley, and Qualcomm Stadium. Trains will depart every 15-minutes until game time. (NOTE: Normal timetable service will operate between Old Town and Santee during the game.)
Beginning at 11:25am, Blue Line trains will continue past their terminus at Old Town and operate through to Qualcomm Stadium providing seamless service from South Bay communities as well as downtown hotels located near the city's core (four stations are located along C Street). Blue Line trains will depart every 15-minutes from South Bay and downtown (every 7-8 minutes between downtown and the stadium beginning at 1:00pm).
Leaving the Stadium
The regular timetable will be operated during the game. Then, beginning at 7:30pm, well before the end of the game, expanded service on the Green Line (toward the Convention Center area) and Blue Line (toward Downtown and South Bay) will resume. This expanded service will continue until at least 1 hour after the end of the game. At that point (once all waiting fans have departed), the regular timetable will be in effect.

- Travel early: Allow extra time as Trolleys will be crowded at times. At some of the more popular locations closer to the stadium, trains may arrive that are already full. Rest assured that the trains will continue to operate as often as possible providing service to all of our customers.
- Purchase a Day Pass: At the ticket kiosks or Ticket Vending Machines, purchase your Day Pass to avoid ticket lines after the game.
- Accessible Entrance Located at the Jack Murphy Statue: This will allow direct access to the station elevator and ramp ways to the boarding platforms. Passengers requiring an accessible path and their parties should use this entrance regardless of direction of travel.
- Avoid Attempting to Bypass the Line by Walking to the Next Station: Although the line may appear daunting, please be patient and allow us to move all passengers in as timely a manner as possible. Passengers choosing to walk to the Mission San Diego or Fenton Parkway stations will find that station access will be metered allowing only a limited number of passengers to enter at a time. If you must avoid the rush, please consider departing the game a little early or waiting for a while after the game to enter the line.
