We're open every day of the year, except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
(Please note: Our offices close at 5:00 pm on the day before Thanksgiving and Christmas.)
Our service representatives handle thousands of calls every day. The best times to call and quickly get through to a representative are between noon and 3:00 pm on weekdays or anytime during the weekend.

To develop your personal trip plan, our service representative will need someinformation from you.
- The address or nearest intersection you're at.
- The address or nearest intersection you want to reach.
- The day and time you'd like to travel.
Make sure you have paper and a pen handy to write down the information. If you'd like any special brochures we've prepared to make traveling easier, just ask your service representative. We're happy to mail them to you free of charge.
