Here's what we can help you with:

  • Route numbers, times, fares, and stops for the bus, Trolley, COASTER, and SPRINTER
  • Trip planning on the bus, Trolley, COASTER, or SPRINTER
  • Information about monthly pass outlets near you

Here's what you need to tell us:

To develop your personal trip plan, our service representative will need some information from you:

  • The address or nearest intersection you're at
  • The address or nearest intersection you want to reach
  • The day and time you'd like to travel

Make sure you have paper and a pen handy to write down the information. If you'd like any special brochures to make traveling easier, just ask your service representative. We're happy to mail them to you free of charge.
