Bus Stops

Please contact us regarding adding, removing, moving, or changing the location of a bus stop. We work to find convenient and safe locations for bus stops that are acceptable to the community and to MTS.

Schedules and Service of Bus and Trolley Routes

The Planning and Scheduling department deals with schedules and routes in the future. We take comments and suggestions about span of service, frequency (how often the bus or trolley comes to a stop), new service requests, bus routing change requests, and other schedule related requests. If you have a comment about service from MTS you received in the past, please email or call our Customer Service Department at 619-238-0100.
