The program is headed by the
Director of Contract Services. The Taxicab Administration staff includes one Manager and seven Regulatory Specialists.
Taxicab Administration personnel determine owner eligibility; inspect vehicles; issue permits; monitor compliance with administrative and operational regulations; investigate passenger complaints and compliments.
