Green Line Trolley assists soccer fans in scoring a ride to Snapdragon Stadium

San Diego – As waves of spirited soccer fans make their way to San Diego Wave FC’s home opener match, the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) will be increasing Green Line Trolley service to accommodate the large crowds traveling to Snapdragon Stadium. The match features San Diego Wave vs. Kansas City Current kicking off at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 23.

With crowds expected to reach capacity at the stadium, MTS encourages attendees to avoid traffic jams and high parking costs by taking the Green Line Trolley to the Stadium Station. The Green Line Trolley will serve all stations every 15 minutes or better before and after the match to ensure a fast-paced experience both on and off the field.
