"Can I do that?" Many of our drivers wondered if they could really drive a 40-foot vehicle before applying. The simple answer: yes. In the last 10 years, MTS has trained 800 people to successfully become bus drivers, and we can help you too! Once hired, you'll undergo 10 weeks of paid, hands-on training, including a commercial driver's license.

When you attend a MTS Bus Driver hiring event, you’ll be able to speak face-to-face with a training or bus driver supervisor, who can give you more detailed information about the ins-and-outs of the jobs. You’ll speak with a member of our human resources team to interview on-site – on-the-spot job offers may be extended!
