Vintage Trolley Service
The Silver Line uses three meticulously restored vintage vehicles that make stops along the downtown loop. The PCC Streetcars 529 and 530 of the 1940s alternate with the very first iconic red San Diego Trolley, the 1001 U2 which began service in 1981.
The Silver Line Vintage Trolley departs from the 12th and Imperial station every 30 minutes on the following schedule. You can also board at any of the Downtown stops shown on the map. It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete the Downtown loop.
Note: Vintage Trolley service is subject to cancellation due to construction, special events, or vehicle maintenance and does not run on holidays.
