San Diego – The Metropolitan Transit System’s (MTS) Trolley and bus routes will operate a modified service schedule on Monday, February 15 for the President’s Day holiday.
Trolley
The Sycuan Green Line, Orange Line and UC San Diego Blue Line will all operate on a Saturday service schedule
Bus
Most urban and local bus routes will operate on a Saturday service schedule
MTS Express Routes 20, 150 and 950 – Saturday schedule
MTS Rapid 201/202, 215, 225, 235 – Saturday schedule
MTS Express Routes 50, 60, 110, Rapid 204 and Rapid 237 – No service
MTS Rapid Express 280 and 290 – No Service
Sorrento Valley COASTER Connection (Routes 972, 973, 974, 978 and 979) – Regular weekday service
Rural Route 888 will operate on Tuesday, February 16 instead
MTS Access: Subscription passengers who want service on this day must call to arrange transportation.
Support Services
MTS Information & Trip Planning will be open on a modified schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Transit Store, Compass Service Center, and Customer Service offices will be closed for the holiday. The administration offices will reopen on Tuesday, February 16 with regular business hours.
MTS operates 95 bus routes and three Trolley lines across 10 cities and unincorporated areas of San Diego County. Frequencies and spans have been restored to near-pre-COVID-19 levels. Updated schedules can be accessed on the MTS website. MTS requires people to wear face coverings at all times, and practice physical distancing when possible.
