SDTC Bus Operations August 2025 Shakeup
Effective August 31, 2025

Bid Times/Appointments - Bidding starts at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 9.

Relief Bidding Information - Available week of August 17.

You may submit your bid slip via email or via text message, if needed. Please call the dispatch office and coordinate with the dispatcher on duty. Bid Slip

You may fill out your bid slip using the new BidWeb software, but it is not required. See the the linked bulletin and how-to document. You will not be paid to submit your bid slip via BidWeb for this shakeup. You are not required to submit a bid via BidWeb. If you submit a bid via BidWeb, you should still attend the bidding meeting in person or via Teams to ensure that you chose enough options and that your bid could be processed. If we cannot process your BidWeb choices and you are not present, we must skip you. We are not changing the current bidding procedures, we are only using the new software as an additional option to fill out and submit your selections for this shakeup.

The bid monitor will be available at this link on any device with an internet connection. It will be updated during bidding as bids are processed.

You may bid at your appointment time at IAD, KMD, from home via Teams, via BidWeb, or via phone call. The instructions are linked here, but the phone numbers have been removed to prevent unauthorized callers. Please call the dispatch office to get the call-in numbers.
