About the PRONTO Retail Program

How PRONTO Retail Outlets Work:

  • Retail Agents earn $0.75 on every PRONTO card sale and 2.5% of the load value on every transit load/reload.
  • Retailers receive publicity through PRONTO’s widespread advertising campaign, including the PRONTO website.
  • Retailers receive free in-store marketing and training materials.

Retailer Requirements for Participation: 

  • Must have an internet connection. Retailers sell PRONTO cards and load fares through a secure, password-protected web portal (no software required).
  • Must purchase an initial supply of PRONTO cards to begin earning commissions immediately.
