The 54th Chicano Park Day commemoration will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This family event is free and open to the public. The theme for the 54th Chicano Park Day commemoration is "Bringing Back the True Spirit and Energy of the Chicano Park Takeover". Visitors to Chicano Park Day will experience traditional music and dance, including one of the most beautiful performances of Aztec Indigenous dance, lowrider exhibition, performers, children's art workshops, arts and crafts vendors.
