Detour Rt 1 Detour Hillcrest Farmers Market Every Sun

Detour Route 4 Petco Park: San Diego Rodeo 1/16 - 1/18

Petco park will host the San Diego Rodeo for three days starting Friday, January 16th through Sunday, January 18th

The event will have a sold out crowd and is expected to create heavy traffic resulting in MTS service delays. If the delays become excessive, the westbound Route 4 is subject to detouring off Imperial Ave at 20th up to 2 hours before each game and up to 1 hour after each game.

If detour is needed, Westbound Route 4 service stop (#11258) on Imperial @ 16th will be closed.

If detour is needed after the event, Eastbound Route 4 service stop (#10115) will be closed.

All buses will continue to service the 12th and Imperial Transit Station

If the delays become excessive, the Route 12 is subject to terminate/begin at the 12th and Imperial Transit Station up to 2 hours before the event start times and up to 1 hour after the event. If this happens, passengers on the westbound Route 12 that want to continue on past 12th and Imperial Station are advised to transfer onto the Orange or Blue Line Trolley heading towards the City College Station. Passengers at the City College Station wanting to connect with the eastbound route 12 are advised to catch the Orange or Blue Line Trolley to 12th & Imperial Ave Station and connect with the eastbound route 12 there.

If traffic does become excessive and the Route 12 needs to terminate at 12th and Imperial transit center, then the following bus stops will not be serviced up to 2 hours before the event and up to 1 hour after the event:

Detour Annual MLK Parade on Skyline Saturday January 24th impacting Route 12

On Saturday, January 24th between 7:00am and 11:00am, Skyline Drive between Valencia Pkwy and 65th will be closed due to the 2nd Annual Martin Luther King Jr Parade. This event will impact Route 12 in both directions. Bus stops along Skyline Drive from Valencia Parkway to Woodman Dr will be temporarily closed.

Customers are advised to catch westbound Route 12 at the northbound Route 961 bus stop on Woodman, just north of Skyline or Skyline at Radio Drive. Eastbound service will be available on Skyline at Rio Lindo or Skyline at Radio Drive.
