MTS Access Announcements
As of July 1st, 2025, Access clients can now call in and book same-day rides. These rides will be based on the operations' availability and cost $10 for a one-way trip. Reservations for same-day trips will be taken every day between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
December 30, 2024 - To ensure the safety of our passengers and the integrity of MTS’ complementary paratransit service, MTS has decided to discontinue our current “Do Not Leave Alone (DLA)” practice. Beginning January 1, 2025, we will no longer offer this “attendant type service” to new Access customers. For approved, eligible Access customers before January 1, 2025, we will continue to provide the DLA service for the remainder of calendar year 2025. On January 1, 2026, the DLA service will be discontinued entirely.
