The city’s annual December Nights returns for another year of festive fun. This free event draws thousands to enjoy the music, lights, attractions, vendors, food and more. MTS is offering a free shuttle service from City College Transit Center to Balboa Park (drop-off and pick-up on the west side of the park only).
