UC San Diego Blue Line - Single Tracking
After 9 p.m. starting Thursday March 19, through Friday, March 20, 2026
Blue Line trains will operate on a normal schedule Thursday and Friday, March 19-20, 2026. The Trolley will be single tracking starting at 9 p.m. each night, between Iris Avenue and Beyer Blvd, to begin replacing rail ties on the track.
The Trolley will still operate on a 15-minute schedule. Riders at Beyer Blvd Stations will use the eastbound platform for all trains. Single-tracking may result in minor delays to service.
Regular service will resume on Saturday, March 21, 2026.
Orange Line Improvement Project
Euclid Avenue To Lemon Grove Depot Closure
There will be no Trolley service on the Orange Line between Euclid Avenue and Lemon Grove Depot on Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 22, 2026. Regular Trolley service will resume on Monday, March 23, 2026 for the morning commute.
Shuttle buses will be available for Orange Line riders traveling to Lemon Grove Depot, Massachusetts Ave, Encanto/62nd Street and Euclid Avenue.
